This massage originates from Hawaii, which is why it’s sometimes called Hawaiian hot stone massage. Gentle flowing movements with palms and forearms are combined with the deep warmth of basalt stones. These natural stones absorb heat when warmed to 55–60 °C and then slowly release it into your body.
Your whole body warms through, your energy starts to flow again, and built-up tension begins to melt. It’s the perfect massage in colder seasons or whenever you feel drained and need to restore your inner strength.
You feel cold – outside or inside. When your back aches, you’re exhausted, or you just want to slow down and be wrapped in warmth that soothes and heals.
For a conversation, attunement, or just a cup of tea and a moment of peace. These 30 minutes are not part of the massage. But they are part of the care. We give them to you as an extra.
