I have completed training in sports massage, shamanic techniques, tantra, and craniosacral therapy, and I gently weave them together according to the needs of each client. I work from empathy and deep listening so that my tantric massage becomes a space of calm, safety, and new experiences.
I love movement and the joy of sport, the silence of nature, and moments of discovery while traveling. I draw inspiration from the cycles of nature and from journeys that bring me new experiences and perspectives. These moments remind me of gratitude for life and teach me to be fully present.
