I enjoy exploring the world and I enjoy exploring my mind in different situations. I love that second before I stop being afraid. None of my teachers, employers, or acquaintances have managed to rid me of the belief that the world is one big playground. If I feel any obligation, it is an obligation to myself to train my mind to experience every moment as interesting. Which is a challenging task, but meaningful and exciting, because an unexamined life is not worth living. Tantra resonates with my approach and allows me to stand on the shoulders of giants. A good tantric massage requires a combination of complete concentration and complete relaxation, which is not a contradiction, but the best way to experience the present moment. When the mind is freed from expectations and fears, the body suddenly knows spontaneously what it needs and what to do. I am constantly surprised by the many different ways it is possible to experience touch and how much joy can be experienced through the body. It is a great adventure and I love to share it. More curious and curious every day.

There are days when all it takes for me to be happy is getting caught in the rain on my way for coffee, the wind blowing just right, and suddenly everything falls into place. I love art and the presence of people who are brave with themselves. Sometimes I enjoy exploring the possibilities of my body, testing its limits by running and pushing myself to the brink of exhaustion, while other times I crave absolute calm, engaging only the necessary muscles to turn pages and hand over chocolate. Despite all the beauties of nature, art, and science, I love people the most. With pleasure, I search for something in their words, minds, and bodies that might fascinate me. So far, I am succeeding.
