I visited your center for the first time about eight years ago. The massages back then (I was with you 2 times) were a pleasant experience, however, I did not feel the need to continue. Looking back, it might have been for the following reasons (these are basically minor details, but they impact the overall impression) The massage room (the first on the right) faced the street and the clanging of trams with other noise was hard to ignore, during the second massage one of the masseuses left the room several times, which made one feel uncertain and disrupted the feeling of trust. Although I did not go for another massage, I still had the impression of a certain level of professionalism. The massages this year are several classes higher. The massage rooms (left back and right completely back) are quiet and one feels a sense of complete privacy. Moreover, they seem better equipped. One immediately has another reason to return to the pleasant environment. The SMS reminder for the massage is great (I just probably wouldn’t send it after eight in the evening) However, the masseuse Daniela is the real reason for booking another massage. She explained what was needed and clearly stated where the boundaries are and what to expect. The massage itself was an absolute shock for me (in the best possible sense) I expected a pleasant experience, but Daniela managed to exceed all expectations. It was as if she could read me and knew better than I did where, how, and at what moment to touch. Moreover, she creates a feeling of absolute trust. I don’t know if it’s her maximum concentration on the present moment, on me as a client, or long-term experience, but it could be called a “once in a lifetime experience.” All of this, however, she was also able to surpass and enhance during subsequent massages. She asks about the experience of the massage, remembers what I appreciated, and uses this knowledge in the next massage. I also appreciate that she is able to recommend another suitable masseuse who could take care of me in a similarly great way. The reception - the ladies at the reception are very pleasant. The only misunderstanding with the rescheduling of the appointment was resolved with an apology, and I consider that a sign of high professionalism. Just, please, really don’t call clients on Sunday afternoons. To sum it up, I have many reasons to return, overall I rate your center as great and I recommend it to my acquaintances. The final conversation and the opportunity to share my fresh experiences with her, along with explanations of some events and recommendations for the following hours, I consider an optimal conclusion to the entire procedure. I also appreciate the openness of the conversation. In conclusion, I can say that my initial curiosity was satisfied. If someone were in a similar situation as I was, I would recommend your center.
