It’s not for everyone, but if you enjoy a deep relationship with yourself, you will love it. I recommend it to anyone who likes saunas and gyms, takes care of their body and mind, and knows how to relax. Especially to those who need to put the weight of the world down for a moment.
Keep in mind that it’s a very intimate experience, yet always within clear boundaries — so I wouldn’t recommend it to people who are too closed-minded or unable to respect intimate space.
