At TANMAYA®, a tantric centre with many years of tradition, we are looking for a conscious, empathetic and authentic man who can create a safe space for deep experiences between men.

Tantric massage for men is a ritual that opens the body and the heart. It connects breath, awareness and energy. It is a path to acceptance, trust and inner peace, without judgment and without expectations.
We are looking for a collaborating therapist who feels a calling to work with masculine energy and wants to develop it in an environment where professionalism, spirituality and authenticity come together.

What will you do with us?

You will provide individual tantric massages and original rituals for men.
You will create a safe, respectful, and open space for the male body and experience.
You will prepare the massage room and take care of the atmosphere before each session.
You will cooperate with the reception in planning and managing reservations.
After each massage, you will take care of the space and its cleanliness according to the center’s standard.
You will work with respect, stability, and clearly set boundaries.
If you have the desire and talent, you can also participate in content creation – filming short videos with us or writing articles about your practice.

At Tantra masáže Praha s.r.o. – TANMAYA®, you work with a male clientele that seeks conscious tantric massage in an open and professional environment. You do not have to deal with building a reputation or marketing and can focus on the practice itself and the quality of your massage.

If you are starting with tantric massage, previous experience is not required. For new tantric masseurs, we organize a professional course of tantric massage using the Deep Touch® technique, which will prepare you for confident and respectful work with the male body and energy.

What we need from you

Respectful and sensitive approach to the male body – We are looking for a man who can perceive the body without prejudice, with gentleness, reverence and a clear intention.
Ability to hold a safe space for different types of clients – Your strength will be calm, presence and conscious guidance, regardless of the client’s orientation.
Natural empathy and open communication – It is important to us that clients feel safe, understood and accepted.
Desire to learn and grow in the field of conscious touch – Experience with tantra or massage is an advantage, but more important is a genuine wish to grow and deepen your practice.
Experience in bodywork is welcome – Massage training, yoga, bodywork, therapeutic approaches or energy work are a great advantage.
English is an advantage – We often work with international clients, but it is not a strict requirement.
