We are looking for a Receptionist / Front Office

We are looking for a communicative and reliable person who enjoys working with people and wants to be the face and the heart of our center. The reception is a key place for us – the first point of contact that sets the atmosphere of the entire experience. We are a tantric and wellness studio with more than twenty years of tradition. We value professionalism, reliability, and a kind approach. Working with us means being part of a stable team in a beautiful and calm environment in Anděl, where respect, quality of services, and humanity come together. We are looking for someone independent, pleasant, and well-organized, who can maintain order while preserving a calm atmosphere. Every day you will meet people who come seeking care and peace – and you will be the one who opens the door for them. We support personal and professional development. We offer communication and sales training, supervision, and regular management support, so that you feel confident in your role and can grow.

What will you do with us?

You will ensure that the reception runs smoothly and without stress.
You will welcome clients and create a pleasant first impression for them.
You will handle in-person, phone, WhatsApp, and email communication.
You will manage bookings, arrange appointments, and assist clients with choosing services.
You will handle light administrative tasks and support us in the daily operation of the center.
You will help prepare massage rooms, arrange small refreshments, and communicate with suppliers.
You will sell gift vouchers and additional products.
You will also make sure that our premises are always beautiful, clean, and cozy.
If you have the talent, you may also get involved in content creation – for example, recording videos or writing articles.
