The full journey from the first touch to the sacred art of touch

This training represents a complete professional pathway that guides you from the foundations of tantric massage to its therapeutic and healing level. It combines two interconnected courses – Professional Training Level I and Professional Training Level II TANMAYA® – offering a seamless transition from technique to perception, from touch to art, from craft to sacredness.

You will begin with the foundations of conscious touch, breath and energy work. You will
learn to create a safe space, read the body, sense its rhythm and guide rituals that open trust,
relaxation and acceptance. Step by step, you will learn to lead tantric massage with respect
and depth – from first contact through sensual and oil techniques to sensitive work with
intimacy and energy.

In the second part of the training, you will dive into the therapeutic practice of tantric
massage. You will learn to conduct conversations that open, release and heal. You will gain
experience with conscious breathwork, aromatherapy and bathing rituals. You will deepen
your skills in intimate massage of joni and lingam, learn to work sensitively with the first
chakra – prostate and anal massage – and master techniques using hot stones, warmth and
fragrance.

The entire training is designed as a transformational journey, in which you learn not only
techniques but also the inner attitude of a tantric practitioner. It leads you toward conscious
presence, gentleness and trust in the body – both yours and your client’s.
Tantric massage here becomes a healing ritual, where touch, breath, voice and presence merge
into one.

What you need to know before you begin working with the body, intimacy and trust

Professional approach in tantric massage

You will understand the essence of tantric massage – its boundaries, possibilities and therapeutic potential. You will learn to create a safe and respectful space, guide the introductory conversation and establish a trusting connection with your client. We will discuss the role of the tantric practitioner, self-care and working consciously with personal boundaries.

Dialogue as a gateway to trust

You will learn to lead both opening and closing conversations so that the client feels trust, safety and acceptance. You will find out how to sensitively introduce the process of massage, explain boundaries of touch and work with feelings of shame or uncertainty. Dialogue becomes your tool for open contact, attunement and sharing.

Tantric breathing and energy work

You will discover breath as a tool for relaxation, energy flow and deeper connection with the body. You will learn tantric breathing techniques – masculine and feminine breath, inner flute, full draw and work with the pelvic floor muscles. You will integrate these methods directly into the massage so that your touch supports presence and energy flow.

Ritual of the first touch and opening of the body

You will learn to guide the opening ritual that awakens the body and heart and creates a space for trust. We will focus on working with the first touch, shyness, nudity and gentle connection. You will see ritual variations for different types of clients – including pregnant women, clients with excess weight or health limitations.

Bioenergetic techniques for body release

You will gain the basics of body therapy and learn releasing techniques for the whole body – head, feet, spine and deeper layers of tension. You will become familiar with grounding, breathwork and energy flow principles that prepare the body for deep touch. These techniques serve as a sensitive support before tantric massage itself.

Aromatherapeutic massage with hot towels

You will learn to use scent, warmth and rhythm as tools for deep relaxation. The massage with warm towels helps to move energy, ease tension and tune the body into conscious touch. These techniques support emotional release and the natural transition to more intimate parts of the massage.

Aromatherapy and creation of oils with intention

You will understand the basics of aromatherapy and its connection with conscious touch. You will discover scents not only by their effect on the body but also by their energetic influence – how they support relaxation, sensuality, trust and inner strength. You will learn to blend oils with intention – for harmonising feminine and masculine energy, for couple work or for opening the heart and reconnecting with the body. You will receive recipes for preparing massage oils for men, women and couples, as well as blends for themes ranging from grounding to awakening energy. Aromatherapy becomes a part of your ritual, beginning with the very choice of scent and intention.

Sensual massage with soft objects

You will learn to awaken the senses using feathers, fur, silk and other soft touches. These techniques expand perception of pleasure and deepen awareness of the present moment. Gentleness becomes your tool for sensitive, conscious and perceptive work with the body.

Full-body oil massage and work with hot stones

You will learn deeply relaxing full-body tantric massage with warm oil – fluidly, with respect to rhythm and the body’s needs. At the same time, you will master working with lava stones that help release blocks, stimulate energy flow and harmonise. Both techniques can be combined or used separately according to the client’s needs and the type of massage.

Bath ritual: In the arms of water

You will learn to lead a gentle introductory ritual in warm water – combining breath, touch and movement. A bath with rose oil, candlelight and elements of water tantra helps the client slow down, relax and attune to the following massage. Massage in water, flowing movement, breath and quiet presence open trust and the senses – creating a space where time stands still for a moment.

Intimate massage of joni and lingam

You will gain gentle guidance through the techniques of female and male intimate massage – joni and lingam. You will learn to work with different needs, boundaries, breath and the circulation of sexual energy. The goal is acceptance, trust and deep inner experience that can lead to healing full-body orgasm.

Sensitive work with the first chakra: prostate and rosette massage

You will learn to consciously and safely approach touch in the area of the first chakra – whether through prostate massage for men or rosette massage for women. We will explore techniques, hygiene principles and the emotional aspects connected to this sensitive and energetically charged area. This technique allows you to guide a deep, respectful touch – where delicacy meets intensity and vulnerability transforms into trust.

Sensual massage and erogenous zones

You will learn to perceive the body as a landscape of pleasure – with respect for the different erogenous zones of men and women. You will master working with rhythm, pressure and direction of touch so that the massage awakens sensitivity, trust and desire. Sensual massage becomes for you a conscious tool for deep attunement, acceptance and awakening.
