Tantra Massage Prague Ltd. - Participation agreement

Thank you for choosing a course organised by Tantra Academy Ltd. To ensure a smooth running of the course, please read this Participant Agreement carefully. If you want to inform us of an important issue, please do so in writing at the same time as sending your application form. We consider all information thus obtained as confidential.

1. 1. You take part in the course voluntarily and at your own risk.
2. 2. We won’t force you into anything, you have the right to refuse any of the activities taught, if it is outside your boundaries.
3. 3. If you don’t want to or can’t participate in a part of the instructions, please let us know beforehand so that we don’t worry about you. We’ll respect your decision.
4. 4. To be able to provide for your safety, we need to be informed of important facts regarding you psychological state, especially if you are in psychiatric care. In some cases, participation at the course can be subject to your doctor’s consent. Please, enter information about psychiatric care in the “Health” section in the application form.
5. 5. If you suffer from an acute infectious disease, we are sorry, but you can’t participate in the course in order to protect other participants and yourself as well. We will be happy to sign you on a different term when you feel better and you can better enjoy the course.
6. 6. By signing the Participant Agreement, you state that you are not aware of any serious circumstances in your physical or psychological state, nor other circumstances that would prevent you from participating in the course you have selected.
7. 7. If you take part in the course in order to write or otherwise publish information about the course, you will need our written consent.
8. 8. If you want a specific instructor, please let us know in the “Notes” section of the application form. We will try to accommodate your preference. For organisational reasons we reserve the right to change the instructor if it is necessary to provide lectures.

Organisation of the course and arranging dates:

1. 1. If you have selected a group course, the dates are already determined on our website and together with sending the application form you reserve a particular date.
2. 2. In the case of a package of individual lessons, you arrange course dates directly with your instructor or the course coordinator at skola@tantramasaze.com.
3. 3. To ensure continuity and efficacy of our training, it is necessary to complete the course within three months from the start. If you have serious reasons for interrupting the course, please inform us by email so that together we can find a way for you to complete your course. If you don’t use up all the pre-paid lessons, money won’t be reimbursed
4. 4. Gift vouchers and pre-paid courses are valid for one year from the time of purchase.

Changing dates:

1. We know that plans change, but since we have booked your instructor’s time and the venue for the lecture for you, we allow for the change of an already agreed upon date of individual lesson minimum 24 hours prior to the lesson by email at skola@tantramasaze.com. If you cancel the lesson less than 24 hours in advance, your date and the price you have paid for it will not be refunded.

2. As regards a group course organised by us, we will permit change of dates minimum one month prior. The paid deposit will be transferred to the newly selected date.

Cancelling your participation at a course:

1. 1. If you have changed your mind about your participation, please let us know via email at skola@tantramasaze.com.
2. 2. If you cancel your participation at a group course less than four weeks prior the course, we charge you a cancellation fee of 3,000 CZK, the rest of your deposit will be transferred to the newly selected date.
3. 3. If you cancel your participation at a group course less than a week prior to the commencement of the course, the cancellation fee is 50% of the price of the selected course.
4. 4. If you don’t turn up at a course without prior cancellation, we are sorry, but we are obliged to charge you 100% of the price of the selected course, because we booked your place and couldn’t offer it to another participant.
5. 5. If you decide to stop attending lessons during the course, the cost of the course will not be refunded.
6. 6. We don’t like radical solutions, but we pride ourselves on our professional approach and providing safety for you and all other participants. Therefore, should you seriously violate this Participant Agreement (e.g. by not submitting important information) you can be excluded from the course without compensation.

Personal data protection:

All personal data that the course participants provide to the “organiser” (Tantra Academy Ltd.) (hereafter “personal data”) will be considered as confidential. Regarding protection and processing of personal data, these personal data protection regulations will be used.

If you have a serious reason, we don’t rule out the possibility of individual exceptions after an arrangement with instructors and a discussion of your situation.
